As a small family run business, we prioritise customer relations and service, never starting a job without understanding the needs of our customers, and never finishing a job until our customers are completely happy with the work carried out. We are a sole trader which means that you will only deal with the individual you speak to on the phone when making an enquiry.

On the day, messaged ahead to say they were on their way and would arrive within a half hour or so. Arrived at time specified. Did work requested neatly and quickly. Left very tidy, really pleased with how they finished off around bath and everything - after replacing panel, they re-did the sealant. Charged exactly what they had quoted - paid by card. EXCELLENT!"
